Aparajit has led diverse assignments / transactions in the corporate commercial transaction advisory / M&A and cross border transaction space, including of public listed companies, strategic and private equity investments, management buy-outs and corporate restructuring transactions and joint ventures. Aparajit joined the firm in 2004 and has also been heading HSA’s – Environmental / CDM Practice Group, been part of the said team since its inception, and has handled largest portfolios amongst law firms in India, in this specialized area. Aparajit has been recommended by Asia Pacific Legal 500 for Corporate Commercial M&A transactions and Projects related matters. Separately, he has also been named amongst the top M&A corporate lawyers in the country by Chambers Asia 2010 as well as 2011 editions.
