Dr. Judith Bischof’s practice focuses on information technology, telecoms and media law counselling as well as on competition, antitrust, IT, telecoms and media litigation. Other areas of expertise include general contract and corporate law, public procurement and energy law. She recently advised in telecoms mergers both on competition and regulatory aspects. She is also involved in the auction process regarding the reallocation of mobile radio frequencies and the cooperations between Swisscom and various Swiss cities regarding the construction of fibre-to-the-home networks in Switzerland.
