Bianca Pop is a member of the M&A Practice specializing in energy. She has expertise in providing assistance to clients active in different industries in relation to various aspects related to shares and/or assets acquisition processes, starting from the due diligence analysis and up to the implementation of the transaction. She has gained particular experience in the energy and natural resources sector, assisting on constant basis clients in connection with assessment of the regulatory aspects relevant specifically from perspective of permitting aspects throughout the design, construction and operation of projects, support schemes and available incentives schemes, regulated markets and market platforms, as well as in drafting, negotiating, amending and implementing specific contracts.

She acted for various clients, such as wind farm project developers, electricity suppliers, entities acting as electricity and/or gas consumers and entities active in the mining and oil and gas sector.

She has been involved in surveys and analyses of the Romanian legislative framework carried out by various publications and local authorities, including in relation to electricity and natural gas matters and in connection with the regulation of carbon capture and storage.
