Andreas Zellhofer is a partner and co-head of E&H’s Competition Law Practice Group as well as head of the firm’s IP/IT Practice Group. Being a recognized advisor in the area of competition law, he regularly represents domestic and foreign corporations in cartel, abuse of dominance, merger control and state aid proceedings. Andreas also focuses on unfair competition law and intellectual property rights as well as on IT law, with a particular focus on the interface with competition/antitrust law. In addition, he regularly advises clients on their distribution systems. Andreas joined E&H as partner in 2009. Prior to that, he worked for a leading international law firm in Vienna and Brussels for eight years. He also worked as an intern at the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission and the Austrian Cartel Court. Andreas regularly publishes articles and speaks at seminars and conferences.
