Marcello Gioscia is a senior partner of Ughi e Nunziante and head of the banking and financial department, also specialising in M&A, project finance and privatisation. He graduated in law at University of Genoa and took the LLM at the Columbia University School of Law.

Marcello Gioscia was Co-chair of the Banking Law Committee of the IBA, is a member of the Council of the Association Européenne pour le Droit Bancaire et Financier (AEDBF) and is a member of the Board of the Unidroit Foundation.

He is the author of several publications in Italian, English and French.
