Max Morgan is a partner in the Firm. He specialises in transportation, bills of lading, cargo claims, admiralty, arrest, marine insurance and related conflict resolution cases. He is also experienced in dealing with non-marine insurance, reinsurance, as well as commercial and maritime litigation & arbitration. He is an assistant Professor of Commercial Law of the School of Law at Universidad Gabriela Mistral. He is a member of the Maritime Law Association of Chile; the Latin American Institute of Maritime Law (IIDM); the Association Internationale de Droit des Assurances (AIDA) and the Chilean Bar Association.

He graduated of the School of Law of the Gabriela Mistral University of Chile (LL.B) and holds a Master of Law Degree (LLM) from Case Western Reserve University, USA.
