Yvonne Goldammer is partner of the Vilnius office of bnt attorneys-at-law. After graduating from Leipzig University / Germany, she has been teaching for several years as a visiting lecturer within the international programme of Eurofaculty at the Law Faculty of Vilnius University, specialising in competition and European Union law. Before joining bnt Vilnius, Yvonne Goldammer has been practicing since 2005 as German attorney at law as well as practicing attorney at law of the European Union in Lithuania and had been the partner of another well-established Lithuanian law firm. During her practice she has been consulting important international clients in competition, M&A, commercial and corporate matters as well as on European and international law issues. She has been engaged by one of the biggest Lithuanian enterprises to prepare a comprehensive sector specific study on the regulation and practical issues of dominance in Lithuania and the European Union.

Yvonne Goldammer teaches several courses at the Faculties of Law, Economics and Philology of Vilnius University in the fields of competition, European and international law.

Yvonne Goldammer regularly publishes articles on topical issues in international journals and is the co-author of several books as well as of the German-Lithuanian dictionary for Economists and Lawyers.
