Tommaso deals with competition work and utilities regulation. As a professor of competition law, he has lectured at the Universities of Rome, Naples and Pisa. He is the author of various legal publications, in particular, on telecoms and energy regulation and competition law. He is also a member of the Competition Committee of the Italian Section of the ICC. He graduated in law (JD, magna cum laude) from the University of Pisa.
