Tomáš Fiala is an attorney at Vejmelka & Wünsch. He specializes on competition, data protection and pharmaceutical law. He advises a number of Czech and international clients on all matters affecting the pharmaceutical industry, with specific practice areas including clinical trial agreements, distribution of medicinal products and advertising. Tomáš is a member of the Czech Bar Association and the Czech Association of Competition Law. He participated as a speaker at several seminars and conferences in the area of competition law and is an author of various legal articles in this field. He speaks Czech and English.
