Takahiko Itoh is a senior associate in the Tokyo office. His practice areas cover corporate restructuring, insolvency law, antitrust law, M&A, employment issues, dispute resolution and general corporate matters.

Takahiko served as a judge from 1999 to 2003 and was admitted as a Japanese bengoshi in 2003. He is a member of the Dai-ni Tokyo Bar Association and the New York Bar. He was educated at the University of Tokyo, the Legal Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan and Stanford Law School. He speaks Japanese and English.
