Stephan Denk is a counsel of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and works in the Vienna office. He is head of our environment, planning and regulatory (EPR) practice group. He specialises in public law and public procurement law.

He received his legal education at the universities of Graz and Vienna, Austria. Before joining our firm, Stephan worked at the Austrian Constitutional Court for five years. He is also a lecturer in Austrian and European business law at the University of Economics of Vienna, of public procurement law at the University of Vienna and author of numerous professional legal articles
