Roman specialises in corporate law and project finance. He has worked on Russian PPPs for over four years. He has an in-depth knowledge of the legislative framework and is experienced in structuring and supporting projects in road, airport and utilities sector. Roman studied at the Moscow State Law Academy and joined the firm in 2005. Roman speaks Russian and English and has basic knowledge of Swedish.
