Morgan Chase and Bank of America – Merrill Lynch in the first hybrid instrument issuance performed by a Peruvian issuer, as well as BNP Paribas Fortis y Natixis in a syndicate financing operation granted to Consorcio Minero. He regularly advises BCP, BBVA Banco Continental, Interbank and Citibank-Perú, and has participated in the process of obtaining the banking licenses for HSBC and Deutsche Bank.
