Maarten Schellingerhout is an associate in the Finance practice group of the firm’s Amsterdam office. He has a broad corporate finance practice with a particular focus on leveraged finance (particularly acquisition and real estate financing), restructurings and insolvency matters. He also regularly advises on structured finance transactions.

Maarten holds a degree in Dutch company law as well as in business economics from the Erasmus University Rotterdam and was further educated at Michigan State University and Harvard University. He speaks Dutch and English and has a working knowledge of German.
