Julia Kazmina is associate with Marine Legal Services SIA since 2008.

Julia has graduated faculty of Law of University of Latvia.

She has an experience in representing clients in court activities both on marine and non-marine matters.

She can also provide clients with legal support in negotiating contracts, mortgage arrangements in favor of banks, preparing of legal opinions on marine matters on basis of Latvian law.

In the past Julia was office clerk in one of Riga state courts.
