José Manuel Cruz is an associate of Grasty Quintana Majlis & Cia. since 2007. His practice focuses on constitutional, administrative, corporate and environmental matters.

José Manuel is an assistant professor in Constitutional Law in the Faculty of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile since 2002, discipline in which he has undertaken research and published specialised articles. He is also assistant professor of Procedural Law of the same institution since 2005.
