Igor specialises in corporate law, including M&A and JVs. He advises clients on corporate projects in the energy, telecommunications, retail, mining and pulp and paper sectors. Igor joined the firm in 1994 and became a partner in 2008. He was seconded to the firm’s Frankfurt office for a year in 1995-96 and to the New York office of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & McRae for a year in 1999-2000. Igor studied law at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. He also holds a Master of Laws from Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main. Igor is a member of Moscow Bar. He is fluent in Russian, German and English.
