Heidar Ásberg Atlason, Partner
Mr Atlason is a 2000 law graduate from the Law Faculty of the University of Iceland and has an LLM degree from the University of Miami School of Law. He was admitted to the Icelandic Bar in 2003 and is qualified as an attorney before the district courts and Supreme Court of Iceland. He has been a partner with Logos legal services since 2009. Mr Atlason specialises in company law, mergers & acquisitions, corporate investments, bankruptcy law, financial restructuring, contract law and litigation. Since the collapse of the banking system in Iceland, Mr Atlason has been heavily involved with bankruptcy law, restructuring and work-outs from the collapse, including litigation in this field.
