Mr. Ratliff is an associate in the Kansas City office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP. His practice focuses primarily on products liability defense and complex litigation. Mr. Ratliff has significant experience in various aspects of international litigation and has coordinated the defense of personal injury and insurance claims in Germany, Italy, Japan, France, Hong Kong, Montenegro and Argentina. He regularly provides counsel to foreign and domestic product manufacturers in dealings with U.S. regulatory bodies, including the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
