Practice Areas: Hakim Boularbah specialises in the field of complex and international dispute resolution. His practice covers civil and commercial litigation, especially where it present an urgent or a cross-border dimension. Hakim has a large experience in dealing with mass claims litigation as counsel for the plaintiffs as well as for the defendants. He has also an extensive practice in enforcement of foreign judgments as well as in obtaining interim reliefs and protective measures or resisting to them.

Professional Memberships: Professor of Civil Procedure at the Brussels Faculty of Law, International Association for Civil Procedure, CEPANI 40, the Belgian Arbitration Institution for young practitioners.

Publications: He is the author of numerous books and articles on civil procedure, private international law and arbitration law. He wrote a reference book on ex parte proceedings under Belgian and European law.
