Clare is an associate in our finance practice, who trained in our London office. She joined the firm as a trainee in February 2005 and qualified into the London structured and asset finance team in April 2007, and has acted for a range of clients including banks, financial institutions, corporates and government authorities. Clare has been based in Dubai since 2008.

Her experience includes advising:

• on a multi-billion restructuring of a GCC-based Islamic financial institution;
• GCC-based government authority in relation to a 20-year development and production sharing agreement;
• a number of major international banks on derivatives and tax-based finance transactions;
• a major international bank on transactions involving SWF counterparties.
