Charles-Antoine Leunen is a partner in the Brussels corporate and finance practice. He has more than 10 years of experience specialising in restructuring work and transaction finance, with a particular expertise in project finance and infrastructure finance. He spent four years as a member of the finance department in our London office and is presently heading the finance team within the integrated corporate-finance department.

Charles-Antoine graduated from the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium) and holds an LL.M and business degree from Northwestern University School of Law and the J.L. Kellogg School of Business Administration. Charles-Antoine is also a former assistant professor at the Catholic University of Leuven.

Charles-Antoine is admitted as an avocat at the Brussels Bar and as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

He is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
