Ólafur Eiríksson, Partner.
Mr Eiríksson is a 1999 law graduate from the Law Faculty of the University of Iceland. He was admitted to the Icelandic Bar in 2000 and is qualified as an attorney before the district courts and Supreme Court of Iceland. He has been a partner with Logos legal services since 2009. Mr Eiríksson specialises in litigation, white-collar crime, tort, employment law and bankruptcy law. Mr Eiríksson regularly lectures in universities and symposia on litigation, employment and bankruptcy law. Currently Mr Eiriksson’s main focus in litigation is bankruptcy law, white-collar crime and tort. Since the collapse of the financial sector in Iceland Mr Eiríksson has spent significant amount of time litigating complex cases in connection with financial restructuring and the winding up of many of Iceland´s financial undertakings. Mr Eiríksson has also been an adviser in the formal composition procedure of some of the largest companies in Iceland.
