Dr. Zoltán Kató graduated from ELTE Faculty of Law in 2004 and passed the bar exam in 2008. He has a proven track record of advising in the transactional field, as he has participated in several large figure M&A deals, having taken the leading role in the legal management of the preparatory as well as the implementation phase of the projects. He gained expertise through directing several Legal Due Diligence scrutinies as well as shaping company law structures, fine tuning corporate solutions in the implementation and post-implementation phase of M&A transactions.
