Amund Bjøranger Tørum is dedicated to negotiations, projects and ligitation within oil & gas, shipping and construction law. His work also includes regulatory issues and transactions in the oil & gas industry, particularly transfer of petroleum licences. Amund has experience from an international company.

His thesis for his doctorate was about sales and construction contracts, he has been an associate professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Bergen (head of petroleum and construction contracts), and he has published several articles and books in contract law and petroleum law.
