Assisted on Acquisition, Corporate, Contractual and Labour issues. Also assisted in civil and consumer litigation in dispute arising out of the package delivery system, transportation, logistics, capital and ecommerce services across India;

Knorr-Bremse AG, Germany:
Assisted in representing Knorr-Bremse AG, Germany in on-going arbitration proceedings for seeking injunction against Escorts Limited, India for breach of the terms of the License Agreement;

Assisted Partners in connection with performing due-diligence of properties and verifying conformity of the real estate from the standpoint of local and municipal laws;
