Siobhan Hayes is a Senior Associate in the Reed Smith UK Real Estate Group with responsibility for professional support. In addition to client work on a wide range of transactions, Siobhan is responsible for the Group’s legal training, technical updates, precedent documents and assists with business development. Siobhan covers the environmental aspects of real estate transactions and of corporate takeovers and mergers and is working with the environmental group on the impact of climate change legislation.

Siobhan’s work at Reed Smith involves advising on complex issues affecting real estate deals including the most appropriate structure and on strategy. Previously Siobhan was partner in the commercial property department of Howes Percival advising on a full range of investment, development and corporate occupier’s work.
