Patrick Schleiffer has been a partner with Lenz & Staehelin since 2002 and is head of the capital markets group in Zurich and a recognised expert on financial market law, particularly capital markets, stock exchange and securities law, investment fund law, financial services regulation and corporate and M&A law. Patrick Schleiffer holds lic. iur. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Zurich and a MCJ degree from the New York University School of Law, New York. He was admitted to the Zurich Bar in 1995 and to the New York Bar in 1997. Patrick Schleiffer is admitted as a recognised representative for the listing of securities on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
