Matthew Culver is a partner in CMS Cameron McKenna’s leading energy practice. He advises on a broad range of energy matters with a particular focus on oil and gas law. He has considerable experience advising oil companies on international acquisitions and divestments. During his career, he has been seconded to several oil companies. He also advises on energy projects and establishing joint ventures for exploration and production (E&P) companies in the U.K., the CIS, Central and Eastern Europe and the sub-Saharan region.
