Michalis Kyriakides is a partner and heads the Corporate Department of the firm. He joined the firm in 2003, prior to which he had obtained LLB in Athens, LLM in London and another LLM in Oxford. His main areas of activity are corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisition, competition, corporate litigation and arbitration. Prior to joining Harris Kyriakides LLC, he worked for the European Commission in a project on Cross Border Documentary Disclosure in Europe. He acts on behalf of major international leading groups based in Europe, CIS, Asia and the U.S. Michalis is the author of the publication on “Summary adjudication under the Civil Procedure Rules” and a co-author of the publication on “Documentary disclosure in cross border litigation” among others.
