Lucie Vorlícková is since 2003 partner at LeitnerLeitner and general manager at VorlíckováLeitner in Prague. She is a certified tax adviser and a certified public auditor with a total professional experience since 1990. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in European and International Taxation from the European Tax College (Tilburg University/K.U. Leuven). Since 1992 she has a wide-ranging advisory practice providing services mainly for large international companies with business interest in the Czech Republic. She specialises in structuring of M&A transactions, reorganizations and all kind of cross-border transactions (including engineering & construction) and European and international tax law. Lucie is a frequent speaker at congresses and seminars focused on Czech tax issues. Among her other academic activities is lecturing at the Charles University (Law faculty) in Prague. She is a member of the Permanent Scientific Committee (PSC) of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), Rotterdam/NL and. Moreover, she is a member of the Board at the Czech branch of IFA and the German-Czech Chamber of Industry and Commerce, where she heads their working group "Law&Tax".
