Jon Pike joined Richards Butler in 1985 and was made a partner four years later. He was Head of the Real Estate Group for three years and previously a member of the Partnership Board. Jon has recently completed a part time Masters Degree in Real Estate at Henley Business School.

His practice covers all aspects of commercial real estate work and he has wide experience of development, investment and funding work, acting for developers, investors, banks and corporate occupiers. He has considerable experience of acting for overseas investors in relation to investment property and multi-national companies who are major occupiers of property in various sectors. In particular, he acts for clients in the IT, financial services, leisure and transport sectors, including a leading leisure operator and major Train Operating Company. Jon has specialist knowledge of leisure property, data centres and railway related property development.
