Jirí Zoubek is since 2004 tax counsel at VorlíckováLeitner. He is a certified Czech tax adviser and lawyer. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European and International Taxation from the Wirtschaftsuniversität in Vienna. Jirí specialises in structuring of M&A transactions, all kind of cross border tax issues, company reorganizations, transfer pricing and in European and international tax law. He is a member of International Fiscal Association (IFA) and International Bar Association (IBA). He contributes on a regular basis with national (Czech) reports and as a speaker at congresses and seminars of the above mentioned organizations.
