Bartek Kochlewski is an advocate, a graduate of Warsaw University, admitted to the Warsaw Bar in 1997. Since 2009 he heads the IP enforcement team in Patpol. His practice includes enforcement of IP rights, domain names disputes, protection against unfair competition practices and copyright litigation. Bartek Kochlewski represented clients before Polish courts, including the Polish Supreme Court in many IP and IT related cases. He also advises clients on criminal law aspects of IP enforcement. He has experience in counseling clients on contractual and licensing aspects of IT and IP. Bartek Kochlewski is a contributor to IP magazines.
