Nicole Ho is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance team of the Perth office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques. Nicole has 13 years’ experience in corporate and resource project financings in Australia, Africa and Asia. She has been involved in all aspects of the transactions from assisting with the structuring, documentation and completion of the matter to conducting and managing the due diligence process and liaising with international counsel. Nicole also specialises in advising financial institutions and corporates on the ISDA Master Agreement.
