Moran Katz specializes in dispute resolution, with an emphasis on intellectual property (patents, trademarks, designs, copyright and trade secrets), information technology, product liability and contractual disputes.

Moran has been part of the team representing a multinational insurer in several cases being tried before the Israeli courts. She has also been part of the team defending the world’s largest generic pharmaceutical company against an application to approve a class action, involving both product liability and product recall issues. Moran has also been involved in the drafting of various contracts, whose subject-matter concerned, inter alia, product liability-related contractual issues. Recently, Moran has been advising and representing a world-leading vehicle accessories’ manufacturer, in connection with a product recall in Israel of one of its products.
