Yu Du is a Chinese tax law specialist. Yu Du studied at the Chinese University of Political Science and Law, and then worked as inhouse counsel for a major Asian media company, prior to joining MMLC in 2008. Yu Du’s recent work includes providing tax advice to Global Fortune 500 corporations and institutions in relation to international M&A transactions and restructurings, advising on tax minimisation arrangements and general commercial matters.
