Oleksiy Filatov is a partner and head of litigation practice of Vasil Kisil & Partners.

He specializes in international and domestic dispute resolution, with a focus on corporate, competition and IP disputes. Mr. Filatov represents major Ukrainian and international clients (including some Fortune 500 companies) and leads litigation teams at Ukrainian courts as well as participates as advisor on Ukrainian law in a number of cases considered at foreign courts. He also has considerable experience of representing clients at international arbitration tribunals. He has advised and represented such industries leaders in Eastern Europe as DuPont, Central European Media Enterprises, LG, Philips, Swedbank, etc.
