Frederieke Leeflang has been working for Boekel De Nerée since 1994, and has been a partner since 1 January 2002. From January 1998 to March 1999, she worked for the legal services department of the Netherlands Competition Authority (NMa) and gained a great deal of experience in the field of Dutch and European competition law. Her practice concentrates on advising and litigating before the Netherlands Competition Authority, the European Commission and the Dutch civil courts on behalf of companies and associations of undertakings. She regularly advises on matters involving infringement, cartel bans, abuse of dominant positions and merger control. She has specific expertise in private enforcement actions. Furthermore, she has a great deal of experience in advising organisations on emerging collaborations and strategic alliances and the evolving legal implications from competition law. She advises companies on European law, including state aid and public procurement. Frederieke is also very active in the health care sector.
