Paulo Brancher is a partner at BKBG. He assists clients in a range of competition and other matters. He holds a PhD in International Economic Law and a Masters in Comparative Civil Law from the Catholic University of Sao Paulo. Paulo is a member of the Antitrust and Economic Regulation Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association/Sao Paulo and of the American Bar Association, in the International Law and Antitrust Sections. He is a Professor of Law at the Catholic University of Sao Paulo and has authored books and articles on competition law and other areas, published in Brazil and abroad. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, French and Spanish.
