Andra Filatov is an associate with Drakopoulos Law Firm. She is a Bachelor of Law, member of the Bucharest Bar and has a BS degree in Political Science from the University of Bucharest.

She attended conferences, courses and seminars on franchising and business development, as well as Intellectual property protection and is keeping a close monitoring eye on domestic practice in the field. She is a published author on intellectual property domestic legislation and practice, and a collaborator of one of the largest online database of IP case law and trends. She has also published pieces on patents and trademarks, rights of publicity and design law.

Andra is involved in all aspects of legal practice related to franchising and IP, including advising on pre-contractual disclosure, licensing and infringement matters as well as monitoring and review of case law and legislation developments.
