In 2008 he attended the Silvano Tosi Parliamentary Studies and Research Seminar, Advanced Professional Training Course at the University of Florence.

He is a research fellow at the I-Com Institute for Research since 2009.

He earned a law degree, cum laude, in 2006 from La Sapienza University in Rome.

He is a member of the AIJA (Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats – International Association of Young Lawyers).
