José Manuel Larraín specializes in major infrastructure, energy and water sector projects. He has worked in developing PPP and BOT schemes for public and private companies advising bidders on various concession projects (roads, ports, bridges, tunnels, hospitals and prisons). He has advised foreign companies on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions; financial and tax structuring when investing in Chile; international energy construction companies on EPC contracts for the development of Power Plants in Chile.
