President of the Technical Commission of the Ministry of Justice for the revision of the General Act of Arbitration, that drafted the New Peruvian Arbitration Act . Former President and former member of the Tribunal for the Defence of the Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property of INDECOPI.

Professor of Civil Law, Competition Law, Arbitration and Economic Analysis of Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and of Economic Analysis of Law at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
