Jin Nee Wong is one of the founding partners of Wong Jin Nee & Teo. She has advised clients on all aspects of commercial exploitation of IPRs, including negotiating and preparing franchise agreements, assisting clients in obtaining approval and securing registration under the Franchise Act 1998.

She is admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and a registered Patents, Trade Marks and Industrial Designs Agent; a past president of the Licensing Executives Society Malaysia (2000), Chair of the Bar Council IP Committee, Head of IPR Committee of the EU-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (EU-MCCI), an executive member of the Malaysian Franchise Association (MFA) and is actively involved in various IP associations. Jin Nee is one of the panelists appointed by Regional Centre for Arbitration KL for Malaysian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Service and Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre – Hong Kong. Jin Nee is also a certified mediator on the panel of the Malaysian Mediation Centre. Jin Nee has been consistently identified as one of the leading individuals in the IP area for many consecutive years by various publications including the Asia Pacific Legal 500, Who’s Who in Trade Mark & Franchise Practices, Chambers and Practical Law Company.
