Jakob Mosegaard Larsen provides advice to a number of capital funds on an ongoing basis and has considerable experience in establishing both buy-out funds and venture funds. Larsen’s area of practice comprises general commercial and company law matters, including business establishments, transfers of undertakings, capital increases, venture capital projects, stock incentive programmes and the entering into of all kinds of contracts. He also provides advice on media and entertainment law and on tax matters.
Larsen was born in 1973 and qualified as a lawyer from the University of Copenhagen in 2001. He attained the right of audience before the High Court in 2009, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2007 and was admitted as an Attorney in 2004.
He is a member of the Danish Venture Capital and Private Equity Association’s (DVCA) legal committee and the Danish Lawyers’ Association for Tax Law. He has published a Commentary on the law on taxation of personally owned businesses (2005)
