Philip McQueston is a senior associate in the tax department of A&L Goodbody, Solicitors, Dublin, Ireland. He is a qualified solicitor in Ireland and an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute. Philip is Vice President of the Tax Law Commission of Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA).
He practices all areas of Irish taxation law but with particular emphasis on corporate investment in Ireland, mergers & acquisitions and structured finance transactions.
Philip tutors and lectures in tax and business law at the Law School of the Law Society of Ireland, and as a consultant to the Law School has drafted tutorial materials and examination questions used by the Law School. He has had articles published in the Irish Tax Review. He is a contributing author to Capital Taxation for Solicitors an Oxford University Press/Law Society of Ireland publication.
