Masatsura Kadota is a partner of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. He advises domestic clients on offerings, including initial public offering, of shares, debt and other hybrid securities. He also advises on offering of debt in Japan by foreign entities. His practice areas include providing advice on tender offer regulations, insider trading regulations, disclosure regulations and others to listed companies. He also advises on J-REITs, including listing and merger and acqusitions and other various areas. He is a graduate of University of Tokyo (LL.B. 1996) and Duke University School of Law (LL.M. 2003). He was admitted to the Japan bar in 1998. He also worked at Herbert Smith LLP in London from 2003 to 2004.
