Søren Fogh is partner in the Banking and Finance group has for a number of years worked in financing and matters related to sale and purchase of companies and the financing thereof. Furthermore, he has assisted with the purchase, sale, lease and financing of major assets, including aircraft and trains. In addition he has assisted with all aspects of establishment of and investment in Private Equity Funds in Denmark and abroad.
