Asher Dovev concentrates his practice in three main areas – liquidation and reorganisation of companies, trust and estate planning and non-profit entities.
Asher provides advice on a full range of corporate restructuring issues and insolvency proceedings and is frequently appointed as a liquidator for companies involved in complex liquidation proceedings.
Asher also has a private client practice, with particular emphasis on estate planning and management, pre-nuptial agreements, wills, probate and allocation agreements. In addition, he has a pivotal role and in-depth expertise in advising on all aspects of the constitution and operation of international trusts, which extends to advising trustees with regard to cross-border operations.
Asher has experience in providing advice to all kinds of non-profit entities registered in Israel and to the full range of entrepreneurs and founders of such entities in Israel, many of them foreign citizens and 501©(3) organisations wishing to be active in Israel.
Asher is an active member of the International Association of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) as well as a member of the Israel Bar Association Non-Profits Committee.
